Short and Sweet Encouragement (25)

Is the year ending too fast? Have you been feeling stressed or behind lately? If you’re in need of an extra boost of hope to get you through the week and into the next one then this is the perfect place for you! Welcome to Short and Sweet encouragement sessions, hosted by Bible verse and brought to life with worship songs!

Weeks are long so let’s keep these short!

This week's Bible verse can be found in Psalm: chapter 119, verses 57-60.

“You are my portion, O Lord; I have said that I would keep Your words. I entreated Your favor to my whole whole heart; Be merciful to my according to Your word. I thought about my ways, And turned my feet to Your testimonies. I made haste, and did not delay To keep Your commandments.” (NKJV)

Can you find something that stands out to you in this verse?

Notice how the writer of this psalm had to think about their ways and then turn their feet? When we know the Word we can know what areas we’re struggling in, we can be aware of that and think about what we’re doing so that when we start to stray away from the commandments we can fix our path!

Don’t leave yet! I encourage you to check out this worship before you leave:
