Short and Sweet Encouragement (7)
Has life been a little hard lately? Are you feeling stressed, behind, cranky, or hungry? Then this is for you! And this is also for you that just needs a little extra boost to keep the energy up! Welcome to my encouraging Saturday posts hosted by Bible verses and worship songs!
The week is long so I’ll keep these short!
Today's verse is found in Isaiah. Chapter 40 verse 31.
“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength” they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” (NKJV)
What stands out to you the most about that verse?
Have you ever tried to run a race before? What about going on a long hike? Or maybe an adventure with friends? Eventually, you run out of energy. You start to get tired, and most of the time you end up taking a break. But when you wait on the Lord you’re filled with a new strength! One that will let you run without growing weary, one that will help you spread your wings like an eagle!
Before you go, here’s a worship song I encourage you to check out!
