The week is long so I’ll keep these short!

Today's verse is found in Psalm. Chapter 28 verse 7.

“The LORD is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, And with my song I will praise Him.” (NKJV)

What stands out to you the most about that verse? 

For me it’s ‘therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song I will praise Him’. When you most need strength and when you most need a shield it’s often hard to find it in you to sing, let alone rejoice. But that is what we are called to do. Even in those hardest of hard times, know that because you have that strength and that shield from Him that you can rejoice! And rejoice loudly!
