Short Sweet Encouragement (6)

Has life been a little hard lately? Are you feeling stressed, behind, cranky, or hungry? Then this is for you! And this is also for you that just needs a little extra boost to keep the energy up! Welcome to my encouraging Saturday posts hosted by Bible verses and worship songs!

The week is long so I’ll keep these short!

Today's verse is found in Probers. Chapter 16 verse 24.

“Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, Sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.” (NKJV)

What stands out to you the most about that verse?

For me it’s that sweet words can be healthy! Have you ever thought of that before? Sometimes we get so caught up in just making sure we’re heard, noticed, or that attention is brought to us we forget what words are coming out of our mouth. Remember this verse so that you can make sure your words are always sweet to the ears of those who hear.

Before you go, here’s a worship song I encourage you to check out!
